  • What your basic service include?
    Our service include minimum the delivery, installation, draining and cleaning. We will setup the hot tub. Just open the door and we will take care of evertyhting from A to Z. Extra services such decoration, lights, snacks etc... available upon requests. Ref: Packages and extra services.
  • Which type of hot tub is it?
    Our hot tub are the best quality of inflatable hot tub suitable for indoor and outdoor.
  • How do you fill the hot tub?
    A hose is simply attached to a water faucet. It takes between 20 to 45 min to fill up.
  • How long the installation takes?
    Before: Hot tub setup: 8 min Filling it up: between 30 to 60min Heating up: from warm water, need around 2 hours to reach 100 F/ 40 C After: Draining: 30min Displace and Cleaning: 30min
  • How much space do i need?
    Space of 8 feet x 8 feet will be good.
  • How can it pass my narrow door?
    The hot tub comes in a regular box. It can pass ANY doors and you do not need to book your building serviced lift.
  • How many person can fit
    Our hot tubs are designed for comfortably 4 persons and 6 persons
  • What i should do?
    We will take care of everything. You just need to book us and inform your building about our arrivals if applicable. We do NOT need special delivery lifts. Its up to you if you want to stay or not during installation. Please book us early morning for the same evening event (or even the evening before) to assure the hot tub to be at the right temperature.
  • Do i need to pay a security deposit?
    We do require a security deposit of CAD 100 only upon delivery and refundable straight away during pick up. Deposit can be cash or cheque.
